Same Day of Charge
You can issue a refund back to your customer's card on the same day it was charged.

To do this click under the 'Payments Collected' status click on the purple 'refund' icon next to the payment you wish you refund. You can elect to refund the entire payment or partial payment. Your customer will then receive an email that a refund has been initiated and it will take 5-10 days to reflect on their credit card statement.

After Same Day of Charge

Should you be required to issue a refund after the day your customer's card was charged please contact our team at support@ipaymy.com or visit our live chat at ipaymy.com. We recommend having the receipt number ready so our team can quickly locate the payment.
