Once you have successfully registered for an account, upon login and clicking Make payment, our system will prompt you on the onboarding requirements.
The total time taken for this onboarding will take 5-7 mins if you have all the following details:
Official Company Extract (updated at least within the last three (3) months)
Singapore - ACRA Bizfile
Malaysia - SSM Extract
Hong Kong - Form NAR1
Australia - ASIC Extract
Business website (if available)
Proof of address (if operating address is different from the registered address)
Passport/National IDs and Proof of Address of all individual shareholders who ultimately own 25% or more shares (directly or indirectly) or all individuals who exercises effective control of your company
ACRA Bizfile or equivalent Company extract of corporate shareholders who own 25% or more shares in your company
Letter of Authorization signed by the Director(s) to authorise the use of ipaymy on behalf of your company
Passport/National IDs of all individuals listed in the Letter of Authorization, including all Directors.
Specimen signature of the ipaymy account holder (option to upload your digital signature)

Next, you will need to provide all requested information where applicable. The documents are required if your answer is yes to the list of questions stated.
Please ensure that all documents listed below are complete and ready for submission. Missing or incomplete documents may delay account approval. You will only be able to make payments once your account has been approved.
Your Official Company Extract (dated within the last 3 months)
Proof of Address (where applicable dated within the last 3 months)
Individual Shareholders >25% (if applicable)
Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Chart (if applicable)
Corporate Shareholder >25% (if applicable)
Letter of authorization signed by a director or a shareholder that authorizes you to use ipaymy on behalf of the organization (also requiring national ID/passport copies of the listed individuals in the LOA)
Once you have completed this process, our team will review the details and reach out within 2 business days to confirm the account approval. You can proceed to make payments when your account is approved.
