Once the funds are transferred to your landlord, supplier or employee you will receive an email notification confirming the payment has been made along with a payment advice containing the transactions details for your record. 

The status of your payment will also update from 'In Progress' to 'Completed' in your dashboard.

If for some reason your payment was unsuccessful, for example in the case of invalid bank details, an ipaymy team member will contact you via email or on your mobile to help resolve the issue.
