Same Day of Charge
You can issue a full or partial refund back to your customer's card on the same day it was charged. To do this click on 'Invoices' and select the invoice you wish to refund. Your customer will then receive an email that a refund has been initiated and it will take 5-10 days to reflect on their credit card statement.
After Same Day of Charge
Should you be required to issue a refund after the day your customer's card was charged please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our live chat at https://www.ipaymy.com. We recommend having the receipt number ready so our team can quickly locate the payment.
